All orders will be packed and sent out for delivery on the next working day.
Sometimes, due to overwhelming orders received, we may need an additional day.

 

For Singpost (SmartPac) Registered Shipping, it normally takes them 

    - 2 to 3 working days during non-festive periods (i.e. Jan to Sep)

    - 3 to 4 working days during festive periods (i.e. Oct to Dec) to deliver your item(s).

Hence, you should expect your parcel to arrive in 3 - 5 days upon confirmation of order(s). 

However, if you have not received your item(s) on the 6th day, you may like to check your letterbox as parcel will be deposited into your letterbox, if no one is available to receive it during the first delivery attempt. 

An registered article number will be sent to you through an email upon packing your parcel for delivery. 

However, do note that according to SingPost, registered article number does not provide detailed online tracking capability, and it may take sometime for them to update their systems. For NinjaVan Registered Shipping, it takes them

    - 1 to 3 working days to deliver your item(s). 

Hence, you should expect your parcel to arrive in 2 - 4 days upon confirmation of order(s). 

In cases of unsuccessful deliveries/returns, Ninja offers a total of 3 attempts (Original attempt + 2 subsequent redelivery/re-pick up attempts). 

Tracking number will be sent to you through an email upon packing your parcel for delivery. You may be able to track the delivery status via https://www.ninjavan.co, however, it may take sometime for the them to update their systems.
